The registration and certification of arbitrators, mediators, conflictcoaches and negotiators is conducted by the ADR Register. ADR Register and EMCI Register are subsidiaries of Global Network Group. As a result, all EMCI marinesurveyors | yachtsurveyors are automatically ADR arbitrator unless the surveyor waives such additional registration and refuses the acceptance. EMCI surveyors are exempt for the ADR Continuing Professional Development (CPD). EMCI surveyors have to comply with the EMCI CPD in which arbitration is included. All EMCI surveyors, as far as and only if active as arbitrator, have to comply with the ADR code of conduct and the ADR procedure requirements.
